WHERE WE DELIVER

We offer regular and express shipping to destinations within Canada and the US, as well as international shipping. Please see below for shipping fees and expected delivery times.

OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To qualify for refunds or exchanges, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Socks can be returned if sealed in original packaging. Once your return parcel reaches our warehouse, kindly allow 10-15 business days for our team to process the refund and for the funds to reach your account. *Processing time may vary based on your financial institution and/or bank holidays. All returns/refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery, in order to qualify.

We are a paperless and remotely-based business, constantly on the look-out to reduce and reuse. While our plastic packaging is 100% recyclable - we are looking into ways to eliminate the use of plastic altogether. Furthermore, we are open to feedback!
